Heart Disease In Women Is The Number One Killer

According to recent studies, it's found that more than 8 million American women are currently living with some form of heart related disease.and it is the leading cause of death of American women.

Prevention is the key to staying healthy. Heart disease in women can be diagnosed and treated but once a woman finds out that she has the disease, it may already be too late. It is very common that the first symptom is due to a stroke or heart attack.

By adopting a few lifestyle changes such as getting more exercise, eating right, quitting smoking and reducing stress levels, women can drastically reduce the chances for developing heart disease. This is important not only for prevention but also for preventing other diseases and to improve the quality of life. It doesn't need to have such a high morality rate. By understanding the facts, and with proper prevention techniques, heart disease in women can be a thing of the past.
